Once your monthly order bundle is used, you can purchase an additional bundle to keep selling, or upgrade to the next plan anytime.
Free plan merchants are prompted to add a credit card when they reach their monthly limit before service continues.
Template messages — campaign broadcasts, and on Pro the notifications your own systems send through the API — are metered separately from your orders, from one monthly allowance. Messages are available on Growth and above. Unused messages expire at the end of the month; they don’t roll over.
What counts: one message for every marketing or utility template message sent — by a campaign, from the dashboard or the API, or one at a time through the API, like an “order shipped” notice — plus one for every action button a customer taps on one. Counted on send — delivery status doesn’t change the count. Campaigns and API messages share the same allowance. Replies inside a live customer conversation, and messages sent with a test API key, are never counted.

Salary bands are fully-loaded employer cost for one full-time person — gross pay plus benefits and employer contributions — and vary by city and seniority. Platform prices are the vendors’ published list rates as of September 2026 and exclude Meta’s own per-message fees.
